Cornflake Cookies

Cornflake Cookies

a recipie from my dad and great for christmas.

 

 Ingredients

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup karo syrup

1/4 peanut butter

1 cup corn flakes

Recipe

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and karo. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.

When mixture comes to a full boil, remove from heat immediately. Stir in peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Add 1 cup of corn flakes. drop by teaspoon fulls onto a cookie sheet or dish and let it cool.
